proposed compensation and, of course, a great employee. We receive back information
about the changing job market, the relative value of different skills and
our fee.
For candidates, we provide perspective on their backgrounds and career aspirations,
the marketplace and positioning. We do this regardless of their fitness for
any of our current inventory of positions, because our interest in providing
value. In return, we typically receive appreciation and a source of additional
candidates. When dealing with referral sources, our goal is to provide a trustworthy
and confidential resource that they can safely pass on to others.
