How
We Work
We are selective - we only work with
a small number of clients at any one time. We accept only those searches that
we believe we can successfully complete within the client's timeframe.
- Understand the job. We hold interviews with the hiring manager
and other key stakeholders to develop an understanding of the job and a
profile of the ideal candidate. Based on our interviews of hundreds of professionals
in these fields, and our many years of business experience, we provide input
and feedback about the job design and marketplace for candidates.
- Network and Recruit. We work intensively on those searches, using
direct recruiting and referral methods. Since individuals with the desired
qualities are usually not actively looking for a job, they must be sought
out. We look particularly for individuals who have established patterns
of accomplishment and success in positions similar to our client's.
- Screen. We screen candidates thoroughly to more accurately assess
their accomplishments, capabilities, potential and "fit" with
the client's organization. We personally interview each candidate
prior to scheduling an interview with our client.
- Present Candidates. We offer the best qualified candidates for
your consideration. Final selection of the individual and offer of employment
is always made by the client. We are available to assist as needed to establish
the terms of employment. We usually check references on any qualified candidates,
although our clients frequently prefer to check references on their own.
Our clients' experience is that they would be willing to hire any of the
candidates we send. Their task becomes one of identifying the person that
they believe best matches their culture and team, instead of having to determine
whether the individual has the skills and motivation to succeed in the position.
